  • Basic pH Meter - #840087: This device is straightforward to use and is compatible with any electrode having a BNC connector. It measures the complete pH range from 0 to 14 with a high resolution of 0.01 pH. The meter features 3-point calibration, a hold function availability, a fold-out easel back, and a tripod screw. The package includes 9V battery, calibration tool, and full instructions. Please note, the probe is not included.
  • Basic pH Meter Kit - #840088: This comprehensive kit contains everything required for immediate field use, including Basic pH Meter 840087, epoxy body-sealed reference combination electrode with BNC connector, 2.5ft cable, pH buffers 4 and 7, deionized water, instructions, 9V battery, and a hard shell carrying case.
  • Dimensions and Weight: The meter measures approximately 8" x 2¾" x 1", and weighs 7.2 oz. The kit size is 11" x 9½" x 2".
  • Specifications: The pH range is from 0 to 14 with a resolution of 0.01 pH. Accuracy is around ±0.07 pH (pH 5 to 9) and ±0.2 pH (<5 pH, >9 pH). These accuracy metrics apply to meter only, after calibration, and including error for temperatures of 23 ± 5ºC.
