  • Order Shipment:
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
