Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been submitted and that your payment method has been pre-authorized. If any item in your order is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you to offer options such as waiting for restock, selecting an alternative product, or canceling the item for a refund.

Orders containing in-stock items will be processed promptly and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Please note: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.


Shipping Policy

At Grow Tents Depot, we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Typical delivery time is 1–7 business days.

  • Exceptions: Some items may have longer lead times, as noted on individual product pages.

As soon as your order ships, we will provide tracking information via email. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of your order date, or if your tracking number does not work, please contact us immediately.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before shipment will be honored whenever possible.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to our return policy outlined below.

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a flat 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs imposed by payment processors and financing partners.


Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be:

  • In brand new, unused condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with all original parts and documentation

Important Return Terms

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that are not defective or damaged.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. We will cover shipping costs and waive restocking fees for verified issues.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days.
