We aim to make shipping fast, transparent, and hassle-free - so you can focus on your grow.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been submitted and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.

If any item in your order is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with options such as waiting for restock, selecting an alternative product, or canceling the item for a refund.

Orders containing in-stock items are processed quickly and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Please note: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Shipping Policy

At Grow Tents Depot, we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: Typical delivery is 1–7 business days
  • Exceptions: Some items may have extended lead times, which will be noted on the product page

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, or if your tracking number does not update, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Split Shipments & Delivery

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Items may arrive separately, and tracking numbers may update at different times.

For larger items, shipping may be completed via freight (LTL). These deliveries typically include curbside service and may require a delivery appointment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Additional fees may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or rerouting once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We will assist in filing claims when possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to the return policy below.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs from payment processors and financing providers.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all original parts and documentation

Important Return Terms

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% to 25% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, depending on the manufacturer
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Verified issues qualify for free return shipping and no restocking fee
  • Refused Deliveries: Refused shipments are treated as returns and are subject to return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly noted on the product page

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, note the issue with the carrier when possible and contact us within 72 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
