Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

 

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away at support@growtentsdepot.com. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.

 

Returns:

Please see our brand specific return policies listed below. A restocking fee of 5-25% may apply on returns within the dates of the brand-specific return policies. If you would like to proceed with a return, please reach out to us to receive the precise return instructions and clarification on the restocking fees for your item(s).

 

Brand Specific Shipping and Return Details:

  • AC Infinity: You may initiate a return or exchange for AC Infinity items within 30 days from the purchase date. The item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return has been received by the warehouse, a refund will be issued within 2 business days, less the administration fees. In order to initiate your return or exchange, please reach out to support@growtentsdepot.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return.

  • Active Grow: All Active Grow items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. The item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs and there will be an additional 20% restock fee for all Active Grow returns (in addition to our administration fee mentioned above) with the exception of defective, incorrect, or damaged items. If an item is deemed defective or incorrect, you will not be required to pay any restock or shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, it must be noted at the time of delivery and reported within 72 hours of delivery, otherwise if the item is signed for in good condition, we may not be able to guarantee a refund or replacement.   • BudBox: BudBox items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. The item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs and there will be an additional 20% restock fee for all non-defective merchandise returned. All returns must be approved in advance and in the case of faulty merchandise, an RMA number may be required.   • HighDroGro: HighDroGro items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. The item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs and there will be an additional 20% restock fee for all non-defective merchandise returned. All returns must be approved in advance and in the case of faulty merchandise, an RMA number may be required.   • Mars Hydro: Mars Hydro LED Grow Lights may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. The LED Grow Lights must be in the same condition they were received and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item has been confirmed to be defective. Grow Tents and Grow Tent Kits are not eligible for returns and are considered “final sale” items. Once the return has been received and inspected the refund will be issued within 1 to 5 business days, less the administration fee mentioned above.   • Spider Farmer: Spider Farmer LED Grow Lights may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. The LED Grow Lights must be in the same condition they were received and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Grow Tents and Grow Tent Kits are not eligible for returns and are considered “final sale” items.
