  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available.     Great service when facing minor problems

    The unit I initially ordered came with the apparently rate flaw that they had forgotten to attach the sticker on the front panel with the up/down/left/right arrows and the "set" button. I informed the people at growtentsdepot who in turn informed medic grow. I would have been happy with a new front plate, but they promptly shipped a whole new unit. I could not be happier with both the unit (which performs perfectly) as well as medic grow.
