How It Works

If you find a lower price from a qualifying online retailer, simply send us:

• A screenshot showing the competitor’s price (including any shipping charges)
• A direct link to the product page

Email the details to support@growtentsdepot.com, and our team will review your request promptly.

If your request meets the criteria below, we’ll match the price.

Already Placed an Order?

No problem.

If you find a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, we’ll refund the difference.

Just send us the same details listed above, and we’ll take care of it.

Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for a price match:

• The item must be identical (same brand, model, and specifications)
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
• The competitor must be a reputable online retailer
• The total price comparison includes item price plus shipping

Exclusions

We are unable to match prices in the following situations:

• Marketplace or auction sites (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and Overstock)
• Clearance, liquidation, or closeout pricing
• Promotional offers such as bundles, rebates, BOGO deals, or flash sales
• Pricing errors or misprints
