This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

  • Order Shipment:
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. However, Grow Tents Depot would be happy to assist you in getting your product repaired or replaced by coordinating with the manufacturer.

    First time growing and loving it just following the instructions from hey abby and you can see my plant is on it way from a seed. customer service in on point had a slight problem with shipping and they were all over it and gave me a solutions no problem anymore had questions about the app sent an email got answers the same day and yes I am on android and the app works fine so in total customer service 5 stars, app 5 stars also the community on their discord awesome we are all growing together. I am so excited and happy with my hey abby now in 12 weeks going to be really happy ..

    My first grow was super fun. Easy to do, I just followed the instructions on the app. Plant was super healthy and I ended up with 6.4 oz of dry bud. The seed for #2 is in my hey abby.
    The app is the Achilles heel of the whole thing. Quit working at the worst time. Discord is a great resource
