  • Order Confirmation:
  • As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.   • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.
