  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away at support@growtentsdepot.com. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
