  • Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.     Great packaging and the net seems really nice while you are pulling it on. Not only is it too big though, bigger that 90% of tents, it doesn’t give you the greatest ability to tie it down to your poles. There are little threads at the end which I’m assuming they want you to use to tie down. Would be better if Velcro was involved at the corners to Read more about review stating Just okaytie down. So I had to cut the netting to my tent size and it was not that easy and once I was done, I noticed some of the ends became extremely frail and pulled apart. It would be awesome if you could buy the netting in specific sizes but unfortunately they don’t seek it like that yet.
