    Needed help

    Great price and delivery but I bought too big of a tent of a tent and needed to return it they said they couldn’t take it back because spider farmer doesn’t take back the tents but I didn’t order it from spider farmer I ordered it from grow tent depot wouldn’t recommend this company if the can’t help the customer I would have got a smaller tent from them but bought it from another supplier

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept back returns of items that are in brand new/unused condition, in their original packaging, and complete with all original parts and documentation.

    The price was great and the delivery was just as good but I gave this a one star because trying to get in touch with these people is impossible no one answers the phone and when you email it’s days later also I bought the tent and it was too big so I need to return it but they won’t take it back because spider farmer doesn’t take back there opened product I get that but I didn’t buy it from them I bought this from grow tent depot so I wouldn’t recommend this place to other people
