  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.     Purchased this for my personal home grow. I literally spent weeks talking to all kinds of people about what tents they had, both high end and cheap ones. I decided on my own to go with Mars-Hydro after reading forever online about all kinds.
    This has been almost my favorite purchase of all my grow equipment! The quails is superb and value for your money is right on! Everything about the tent is high quality with tons of options for personal modification to setup a custom grow. This thing is built to last. Beats the Hell out of all the other tents people I know have. I will only be recommending Mars-Hydro!
