Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.
