  • SUPERthrive Pro-TeKt: This easy-to-use liquid concentrate, designed ideally for hydroponic use, serves as a nutritional supplement for plants. The Pro-Tekt Silicon Solution boosts mechanical strength to the plant stems and significantly improves heat and drought tolerance. The use of Pro-Tekt is recommended for all types of plants. Containing potassium and 2% Soluble Silicon, it effectively reduces stress resulting from heat, cold, and drought. Furthermore, it is entirely safe for plants and it can be used effectively in soil and soilless media. For the best results, it is advised to use it in conjunction with the SUPERthrive range of nutrient products.

  • Application Rates:
  • Hydroponics: Thoroughly mix ½ to 1 teaspoon per gallon of water for recirculating systems.
  • Siphon Mixer: At a 1:15 ratio, mix ½ to 2 fluid ounces per gallon of water for a concentrate feed solution.
  • Irrigation Injector: At a 1:100 ratio, mix 8-10 fluid ounces per gallon of water to prepare an injectable concentrate. Apply Pro-TeKt separately when using a single head injector.
  • Foliar Application: Mix ¼ to ½ a teaspoon per gallon of water and spray directly onto leaves.
  • Outdoor Application in Soil: Feed 1 – 2 teaspoons/gallon with every watering session.
  • Note: A high pH is necessarily maintained to keep Pro-TeKt in solution. The concentrate can’t be mixed with any acidic fertilizer. It is advised to apply Pro-TeKt separately especially when using a single head injector.

  • Nutrient Analysis: Potassium (K2O) constitutes 3.7% and Silicate (SiO2) constitutes 7.8% of the product.
