  • SUPERthrive K-L-N Rooting Concentrate: This root stimulating solution contains both Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) and 1-Napthaleneacetic acid (NAA) hormones that encourage vigorous root development in all plants.

  • Superior Results: This concentrate is ideal for propagating cuttings and as a transplanting drench for newly potted plants. Professionals, nationally, highly recommend K-L-N to expedite propagation of cuttings in all growing media. Apply it as a drench or mist your plants for an explosion of new root growth.

  • Application Rates: For preparing cuttings, select 3 – 6 inch cuttings from the new, vigorous, disease-free growth. Using a sharp knife or razor blade, sever the cutting from the parent plant at a 45° angle. Submerge stems only in a diluted mixture of K-L-N Rooting Concentrate and water. Callus formation should start in 7 – 10 days with roots soon after.

  • Soaking: Soak the cutting in diluted K-L-N for 10 – 15 minutes then place in your chosen medium and water to saturation with a diluted K-L-N solution. For hard to root cuttings, use a concentrated K-L-N mixture or Dyna-Gro® Root Gel®.

  • Misting: Prepare a mixture of half a teaspoon K-L-N and 1 teaspoon of Pro-TeKt® per gallon of water and add to the system’s holding tank. Keep the cuttings moist at all times.

  • Air Rooting: Dilute K-L-N in water, saturate medium and place into cut on plant stem. Cover with opaque plastic or foil. Keep moist with the K-L-N solution until adequate roots form.

  • Transplanting & Dividing Plants: Drench newly potted or transplanted plants with a solution of K-L-N, Pro-TeKt® and any Dyna-Gro® plant food. Continue applications of K-L-N until the plant is established in the new medium. This will ensure vigorous and healthy new growth.

  • Nutrient Analysis: The nutrient analysis includes Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) at 0.07%, 1-Napthaleneacetic acid (NAA) at 0.10%, and other ingredients making up the remaining 99.83%.
