This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

  • Order Shipment:
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
