  • Enhanced Waterflow Design: Cultiwool substrate blocks come equipped with drain grooves at the bottom for improving water flow beneath the block. This feature is particularly useful when the substrate blocks are placed on cultivation tables or concrete floors. The reduced contact surface with the ground that these drain grooves provide helps to block diseases that might transfer to the plant via weak roots, typically combined with too high temperatures.

  • First to Provide a Donut Ring: In an industry-first, Cultiwool equips its substrate with a donut ring, which is a water chamber around the plug hole for placing drippers.
