The bags create a secure seal which locks out air and moisture, thereby preserving the freshness of a vast array of items such as meat, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, leftovers, and herbs. Built with 5mil thickness, ArmorVac bags offer both strength and durability. They are always food safe and BPA free for your peace of mind.

  • Directions:
  • Determine the size of the items that will be stored and ensure a 2-inch gap of empty space between the bag’s edges and its contents for proper vacuum sealing.
  • Fill the bag with the measured contents.
  • Insert the open end of the bag into a NatureVac Vacuum Sealer, or any other compatible vacuum sealer.
  • Carry out the vacuum and sealing operation as usual. It’s as simple as that!

  • Stored foods can be re-heated to boiling point in the bag. Alternatively, they can be put directly into the microwave after piercing a small slit in the vacuum bag. Always watch the vacuum bag when cooking on the stove. Ensure at least 1-inch of water surrounds the bag so direct contact with the heated pot's bottom or sides is avoided.

  • Safe and Thoughtful Design: ArmorVac bags are made without BPA (Bisphenol A) and comprise of materials approved by the US FDA for food safety. Please follow US food safety guidelines. The bags are single-use when storing raw meats, greasy foods, or seafood and should not be reused after microwaving, steaming, or boiling. Please note that these vacuum bags are not suitable for use in ovens or broilers.
