Description

Active Aqua 1 HP water chiller uses an anti-corrosive pure titanium evaporator for fresh or salt water. The manual recommends a reservoir volume of 132–396 gal (500–1500 L) and flow of 1320–3900 GPH (5000–15000 LPH).

The chiller is approved for indoor use only, with a maximum pressure rating of 10 psi. It is not rated for central or household plumbing. Starting solution temperature affects the duration of initial chilling. Cooling performance also depends on installation location, distance from the reservoir, ambient temperature, nearby heat sources, lighting, pump size and connecting parts.

Recommended pumps: AAPW1000, AAPC1010, AAPC1020 or AAPC2010. 1-inch/1¼-inch combination fittings are included. Refer to the linked manual’s model-specific performance chart for cooling capability. Flow depends on the pump, tubing and connectors.
