I have two tents in the same room and requires different environmental needs keeping my room free of heat and humidity that my other tent would intake. This allows me to keep my devices running in perfect sync. I can have an RH of 75% in tent A. And tent B 40%. Without this shutter my lung room would be way to hot and humid. A wonderful investment if your handy. You will need to cut a hole through your home to vent outside. You may need a block if you have vinyl siding. It helps for mounting.
