The system responds in real time, switching between cool, heat, and fan as conditions change, when paired with Controller AI+ and newer controllers. This function is not available when using Controller 69 Pro+ or earlier models. For advanced dehumidification, utilizing dual ducts enables precise moisture control when needed.

Powered by a high-performance 16,000 BTU dual-cylinder DC inverter, the Terraform 12 sets a new standard for cooling performance. Unlike traditional AC motors that repeatedly start and stop, its variable-speed inverter technology continuously adjusts output to maintain stable temperatures, delivering quieter operation, greater efficiency, and more precise climate control. Its self-evaporative system recycles excess water to the condenser, reducing drainage and maximizing uptime. Two optional ports enable 4-way ducting (additional ducting sold separately) to set positive, negative, or neutral pressure, balancing airflow and controlling odors for healthier growth and cleaner grow spaces up to 20’×20’ in size. Designed with portability in mind, transportation wheels make it easy to reposition for flexible grow set ups.
