  • Order Confirmation:
  • As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

  • Order Shipment:
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away at support@growtentsdepot.com. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US and would like to place an order: we may be able to ship to you, but you will need to reach out to us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.

  • Grow Tents Depot only sells brand new products, never used, and therefore all items come with full manufacturer warranties if offered. Please note that Grow Tents Depot is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty as this is the manufacturer's commitment to you. However, Grow Tents Depot would be happy to assist you in getting your product repaired or replaced by coordinating with the manufacturer.

  • Manufacturer: AC Infinity
  • Manufacturer Warranty: AC Infinity products will be free from defects in manufacturing for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If a product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, we will take the appropriate actions defined in this warranty to resolve any issues. The warranty program applies to any order, purchase, receipt, or use of any products sold by AC Infinity or our authorized dealerships. The program covers products that have become defective, malfunctioned, or expressively if the product becomes unusable. If your product becomes defective during that period, AC Infinity will replace your product with a new one or issue you a full refund. The warranty program does not cover abuse or misuse. This includes physical damage, submersion of the product in water, incorrect Installation such as wrong voltage input, and misuse for any reason other than intended purposes. AC Infinity is not responsible for consequential loss or incidental damages of any nature caused by the product. We will not warrant damage from normal wear such as scratches and dings.

    I love AC Infinity equipment. They have put so much effort into integrating all their equipment that I as a hobby grower can easily succeed at my hobby.
