  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders and currently service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available.   • Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.   • Manufacturer Warranty: AC Infinity products will be free from defects in manufacturing for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If a product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, we will take the appropriate actions defined in this warranty to resolve any issues. The warranty program applies to any order, purchase, receipt, or use of any products sold by AC Infinity or our authorized dealerships. The program covers products that have become defective, malfunctioned, or expressively if the product becomes unusable. If your product becomes defective during that period, AC Infinity will replace your product with a new one or issue you a full refund. The warranty program does not cover abuse or misuse. This includes physical damage, submersion of the product in water, incorrect Installation such as wrong voltage input, and misuse for any reason other than intended purposes. AC Infinity is not responsible for consequential loss or incidental damages of any nature caused by the product. We will not warrant damage from normal wear such as scratches and dings.
