    Serves its purpose. Not as noisy as I expected.

    We have this weird set up in our condo. The bedroom has a PTAC unit (a wall encased AC and heating unit) and attached to that is a duct that allows some of the air to flow into the next room. It works well, but unfortunately, the next room is larger than the room the PTAC is in so we needed a little oomph to push the air into the room more rapidly I took the vent cover off and put this fan there instead and it does a great job of pulling the air out at a quicker pace. It's not nearly as noisy as I was expecting it to be. I have it connected to a small surge protector with a switch on it so we can turn it on and off as needed. I would like it even more if there was either a power switch on the fan or an inline switch on the cord. I could add an inline, but the surge protector is small and will do at least for now.
