Mars FC 65000 is the best-LED light for a 5x5 tent ever.
I have tried many types of LEDs & COBs in many configurations.
So I know what I see in the results.
The light waves these bars put out plus the penetration
then there are the long cords so you can take the controller
outside of your tent so you can read/set dimmer % set low
work your way up. The rack does not radiate much heat at the 75% dimmer setting.
The colors were checked by way of CD, simple but works.
Only the natural sun was better.
With one exception, YOU with the FC 6500, get a dimmer control.
The spectrum of light and intensity is worth the price.
Frost has never been better on my girls.
I had very little knowledge of these beans before I began this journey.
This FC 6500 plus 2 more ratchet lifters (not need wire hooks), & one-timer set to 13/11
took the place of 2 timers and 3 LEDs
1 * White light high ceiling 18000 luma DayLite
2 * Name Brand $$ Blurple Lights P450's
White lite was on timer 18/6
and in the same time, Blurples would be in middle at 13/11
The frost & flowers were packing as I have been expecting.
But the blurple & White lights all hung lower, because of their cases and fans.
The FC 6500 sites right up there and the cord out the vent hole so no extra heat.
This brings me to, I had to turn my A/C temp setting up 2 F because
the FC 6500 was not radiating as much heat as the other 3 did (totaling 1071 actual watts).
And now I am doing better with < 650 (Dimmer @ 60% = about 480'ish)
Which was what the single (P450 to replace 1 600 HPS) the P900's I have 2 of
use 800 actual watts each to replace +1000 HPS.
The White LED or CODs had good penetration.
The Blurple lacked penetration, more heat, but is needed for the pistol & trichomes to develop.
Wish these were free kinda
But well worth a one-time purchase for testing and this one is a keeper.
So much so I won't have to sell all my older lights for cheap to help
recover purchase & shipping costs.
Still a win-win!
I hope everyone can get in on this before supply & demand
change things.
That is my take & I stand by it!
